each stage of the design process. Five phases will be employed
in this design process to achieve results and express your
company’s goals.
PHASE ONE - Define the
Problem
In our initial meetings, we will help you visualize and define
your goals. This is achieved by discussing your business
and marketing objectives, your competition and your opportunities.
The desired results of the project will be visualized. We
will have a well defined starting point and a finish line.
PHASE
TWO - Competitive Analysis
Next, we analyze the competition. In order to differentiate
you from the competition, we look at what your competitors
are doing. This process will reveal better opportunities
in your market.
PHASE THREE - Strategy
and Positioning
Having defined your identity, evaluated your competition,
and researched your opportunities, we will now recommend
a course of action and start your design concept.
PHASE FOUR - Concept Refinement
During this phase of the project, we refine the concept.
Feedback from your company is used to make important changes
to fit the overall design into your business strategy.
This process will evolve into the final design.
PHASE FIVE - Project
Completion
Once the design is finished, SharkFin Creative will coordinate
the printing of the design to ensure the best quality at
a fair price.
